With innovation and outstanding scores for working climate and culture, the international company showed convincing results in the current survey ”Top Automotive Employer 2007”.
Special praise was given with regard to remuneration, the criteria for hiring, development and career, as well as for internationalism and research. This means that the commercial-vehicle manufacturer from Munich won third place in the competition involving a survey of around 40 companies in the automotive sector.
The seal of approval is awarded by the consultancy firms Corporate Research Foundation (CRF) and A. T. Kearney as well as the magazine ”Karriere”. The evaluation basis is a varied catalogue of questions with numerous criteria.
